Exotic Caching Wed 6th Feb

Pulled off a total of 10 geocaches for Bali from UK.

Once here, we realised that 7 were either too dangerous (mountain tops, underwater or 50 metres through a tidal rip) so then there were 3.

So onto the Royal Water Palace at Ujung - a beautiful place built in 1912 for the last king of Bali. Gardeners cutting with scissors - no pruners here! Located correct area of gardens but were unable to find pillar 164 (the clue) so helpful gardener sent us off on a wild goose cache(!). Probably laughing his socks off as we gave up searching in the sweltering heat after 35 minutes!
So onto our next cache via a long and winding road on the east coast. Spectacular views, interesting villages and traditional Balinese weaver (see following blogs).
